Do you have your dream job in Cambridge but long to find your tribe of friends. Join us for group connection and bonding with like minded individuals that want to experience self-growth and inner awareness. In this all inclusive workshop we are inviting those not from the UK who are feeling alone and unsure. Have you worked hard to get where you are only to find you don't have the support around you to thrive in other aspects of life. These workshops are hosted by a life coach and psychotherapist to provide a supportive space for you to discuss and understand anxiety, imposter syndrome, inner critic, people pleasing and much more with the goal of helping you to empower yourself and thrive in the UK. There will also be acting therapy, art therapy and dance therapy to help reawaken your inner confidence and spirit.
